Nater Dallafior lawyers Mathis Berger and Biljana Malesevic will make a presentation at the Schulthess Forum on Data Protection in Labour Law on 8 November 2022. They will share their experience from recent work and discuss questions regarding intellectual property rights in work products created in collaboration. In this context, they will address the influence of data protection regulations and whether these regulations prevent collaboration foreseen and permitted under intellectual property law.
