Maria Walter was a speaker at the "16. Zürcher Tagung zu Entwicklungen im Finanzmarktrecht". She spoke about enforcement proceedings against individuals by the Swiss Financial Supervisory Authority FINMA. In particular, she discussed recent precedents by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court and the Swiss Federal Administrative Court putting emphasis on due process and the parties‘ right to be heard.
