The SECO opened a criminal administrative investigation against the management of a large multinational corporation for an alleged breach of the Iran sanctions imposed under the Swiss Embargo Act. After a complex internal investigation in multiple jurisdictions, Nater Dallafior succeeded in convincing the SECO that no single individual could be held responsible.
