Successful lifting of the account freeze

Nater Dallafior is pleased to announce that the legal advice and representation provided to a foreign bank customer led to the unblocking of his bank accounts.

In 2014, the bank customer was notified by his bank that his accounts in Switzerland were blocked as a result of a request for legal assistance from a third country. Nater Dallafior demonstrated to the public prosecutor that the representation of the facts by the requesting foreign authority was incorrect. Since the requesting authority was not able to clarify the facts, the public prosecutor denied legal assistance. Consequently, the public prosecutor ordered to defreeze the client’s bank accounts.
