Construction law

We represent clients in construction disputes as part of domestic and international arbitration proceedings. We have considerable experience in arbitrations governed by the ICC, LCIA, HKIAC, Swiss Rules and other institutional rules. The same applies to ad hoc arbitrations.

Typical construction disputes between builders and contractors concern airport terminals, oil refineries, harbour facilities, railway projects, complex bridge or tunnel projects, etc. These disputes, inter alia, touch on infringements of contractual obligations, poor construction quality, delay with regard to milestones, damages for non-compliance with mandatory regulations, etc.

In these areas, we serve as counsel to the parties or as arbitrators.
