We represent clients in employment-related disputes as part of domestic and international arbitration proceedings. We have considerable experience in arbitration proceedings under the ICC, Swiss Rules, DIS, CAS, ad hoc, and other arbitration rules.

Typical disputes involve confrontations with members of the management team, in particular arising from performance-related compensation or employees posted under international agreements.

We serve in the same areas as party-appointed arbitrators, sole arbitrators as well as presiding over courts of arbitration.
