Nater Dallafior associate Florentin Weibel co-authored the article "Cost-related Issues of Third-Party Funding in International Arbitration in Switzerland" (together with Eliane Fischer and Célia Huart). Third-party funding is playing an increasingly important role in commercial litigation and arbitration. The article examines and proposes concrete answers to certain cost-related issues and questions arising from the involvement of a funder in international arbitration proceedings in Switzerland.

Florentin represents clients in proceedings before state courts and arbitral tribunals. He focuses on all aspects of corporate, shareholder and M&A related disputes. Florentin is currently pursuing his LL.M. studies at the University of Cambridge.
