Nater Dallafior represented a globally active commodity trading company in arbitration proceedings. The dispute arose in the aftermath of a dissolution of a joint venture which generated yearly turnovers of more than USD 50 million. Nater Dallafior’s client was sued by the former joint venture partner for allegedly outstanding profit participation.

The arbitral tribunal ruled in favour of Nater Dallafior’s client dismissing all claims and awarding compensation for legal costs. Subsequently, Nater Dallafior obtained a freezing order and successfully enforced the arbitral award.
