Track Record

  • Execution of a will in disputed circumstances among the heirs involving mediation negotiations conducted by Nater Dallafior, leading to the partition of the estate. The estate included multiple assets classes. Due to lifetime gifts and the granting of various loans to the heirs, numerous equalisation and reduction claims, questions of interpretation regarding the will as well as valuation issues were in dispute between the heirs.

  • Representing clients before Swiss courts in inheritance disputes involving partition of the estate and invalidity of a will 

  • Representing heir against his siblings in international inheritance dispute involving conflict of Swiss and Sharia law.
