International Arbitration – Teaching Assignment

Nater Dallafior senior associate Tobias Thaler will return to his alma mater, the University of Cape Town (UCT), as a guest tutor in International Arbitration. Tobias, alongside Courtney Kemp, will assist Adjunct Professor Lise Bosman, Executive Director of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), in preparing the students of the UCT Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Unit (ADRU) for their commercial and investment arbitration exam. Congratulations to Tobias on this achievement!

The ADRU is dedicated to strengthening the teaching, research and practice of international dispute resolution in Africa, with a particular focus on international and South African arbitration, the international settlement of investment disputes, and international commercial mediation. The ADRU collaborates with the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA), the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and the African Arbitration Association (AfAA).
