Nater Dallafior partner Maria Walter, an expert in commercial litigation and banking disputes, will be a speaker at this year’s conference on civil procedure law organized by the Zurich High Court in collaboration with the Zurich Bar Association. The conference focuses on the efficient handling of civil procedure cases (“Schwerpunkt Zivilprozess – Effiziente Verfahrensgestaltung”) and is aimed at experienced practitioners from the courts and the legal profession. Maria will co-lead a workshop dedicated to practical questions of evidence law.
The conference will take place at the Zurich Marriott Hotel on 24 October 2024.
