Welcome back to the team, Florentin Weibel!

Nater Dallafior is delighted that Florentin has returned back to the firm as a senior associate after completion of his LL.M. at the University of Cambridge. Florentin was awarded First Class Honours in all four of his papers, having focused on corporate finance, insolvency and corporate governance law as well as English advanced private law. Florentin also led the organisation of the 9th Cambridge Arbitration Day of the Cambridge Arbitration Society, CUArb.

Florentin specialises in commercial litigation and international arbitration. Based on his previous experience as a corporate and M&A transaction lawyer, Florentin focuses on corporate and shareholder disputes and M&A related proceedings, including crypto- and blockchain disputes. Florentin also regularly represents managers, directors and employees in the context of internal investigations, FINMA enforcement proceedings and criminal matters.
